Customer Service Operations Coordinator

Job OverviewThis role is an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Wholesale Operations Support team.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with the Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents, and Accountancy to ensure seamless customer service.
- Evaluate customer claims and provide timely feedback to customers.
- Independently issue credit notes and financial documents.
- Process return authorizations, coordinate return shipments with Logistics, and communicate return requirements to customers.
- Enter, manage, and release orders, reorders, and swaps in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative.
- Update Customer Master data in coordination with the Wholesale Operations Support Representative.
- Develop strong partnerships with customer contacts and address any issues promptly.
- Become proficient in company systems and IT tools.
- Support the Wholesale Operations Support Team, Account Executives/Agents, and Accountancy with accurate data to maintain control over customers.
- A college degree is required for this position.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel and other IT systems, is essential.
- Knowledge of the English language (verbal and written) is necessary. German, Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
- Familiarity with the basic principles of Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance in Fashion/Luxury organizations is beneficial.
