Your Role as a Design Manager (MCF/Data Centres)

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience in building design to deliver exceptional solutions for our MCF projects. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing project scope, design budgets, and contractual agreements;
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders to enhance design efficiency;
  • Leading the development of innovative design solutions;
  • Articulating and presenting creative concepts to clients and team members.

You will be an integral part of a diverse team, engaging in both in-office and remote collaboration. Beyond project execution, you will play a key role in refining internal processes and fostering knowledge sharing within your area of expertise.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing design, engineering, and construction projects. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch and/or German is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are key attributes we seek.
