Your Role as a Design Manager (MCF/Data Centres)

As a Design Manager with a strong foundation in architectural design, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional solutions for our MCF initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing project scope, design budgets, and contractual agreements;
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders to optimize design processes;
  • Leading the development of design solutions and implementing necessary modifications;
  • Articulating and presenting innovative concepts and designs to clients and team members.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team across various locations, both in-person and remotely. You will also play a key role in refining internal processes and sharing your expertise within the organization.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing design, engineering, and construction projects. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Dutch and/or German is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are key attributes we seek.
