Hotel Facilities Manager Position for voco The Hague

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our hotel in the heart of The Hague's Royal Quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall maintenance of the hotel, including equipment, electrical systems, and life safety protocols.
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians to ensure optimal facility conditions.
  • Execute IHG's preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contacts, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget.
  • Oversee safety protocols, including risk assessments and compliance with regulatory policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in facilities management and engineering, with experience leading a team and managing complex projects.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, with a passion for working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
