Description and Requirements

The Office Manager at Lenovo is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This includes coordinating administrative activities, managing day-to-day issues, and providing support to local management, HR, Finance, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities in the office
  • Manage Lenovo's digital and physical filing systems in compliance with GDPR
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Coordinate company parking arrangements
  • Maintain office stationery and beverages
  • Manage the Car Fleet administration
  • Administer Lenovo's compulsory statistics reporting to authorities
  • Manage third-party facility services providers and cleaning company
  • Focal point for environmental affairs, utility services, and real estate
  • Responsible for Pension administration
  • Act as process gatekeeper for effective onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Previous experience in office management and/or financial administration
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Customer-focused and self-independent worker
  • Knowledge of office administration and data information systems
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
