Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Rivièra Maison. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Amsterdam office, supporting our distributed employees, and enhancing our company culture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office supplies, groceries, and equipment to maintain a productive work environment.
- Coordinate with building management for repairs, cleaning services, and safety protocols.
- Welcome guests to the office and provide support to all employees.
- Assist the CEO and leadership team with organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
- Organize in-office events, conferences, and offsites to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience as an office manager or personal assistant.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in G-Suite, Slack, MS Office, and other tools.
- Proven track record of getting things done with a proactive and solution-oriented mentality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
