Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, applications, and technologies to provide expert-level support
- Communicate effectively with internal customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Work closely with the Service Desk team to ensure seamless ticket management and resolution
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, applications, and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain)
