Job Description

We're currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing programmes from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and implement programme structures, processes, and standards.
  • Oversee the execution of programmes and ensure programme objectives and KPIs are met.
  • Provide scope, risk, schedule, and milestone management, as well as budget and change management.
  • Lead and prepare status and performance reporting and meetings with clients and internal management.
  • Manage client relationships and related commission outputs and deliverables.
  • Manage various stakeholders, including local governments and contractors.
  • Data-led analysis of programme performance and lessons learned, with plans for action to unlock value improvements.
  • Manage a programme team of 5-10 consultants.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in programme management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Infrastructure and real estate construction experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience in managing a team and setting priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dutch language preferred.
