About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chapter Lead to join our Reliability & Infrastructure Engineering team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide team members on technical craftsmanship and best practices.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration with other teams and departments.
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure proper communication and project delivery.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to create a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services, with a focus on high availability and low latency.
  • Manage and maintain Azure Services, including Azure Data Factory, App Services, and Virtual Machine.
  • Monitor and manage applications, with a focus on patching, vulnerabilities, and security.
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on reliability and infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions and services.
  • Experience with Azure Services, including Azure Data Factory, App Services, and Virtual Machine.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
