Job Title: Manager Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Technical Support to join our team at Scania Benelux. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our teams in Training Support & Student Mentors and Technical Support & Helpdesk.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for people management, focusing on motivating, supporting, and developing your team members. You will be the end-to-end responsible for the teams' performance and will work closely with our colleagues in Sweden on R&D, development, and technical matters.

Your Responsibilities
  • People management: Motivate, support, and develop your team members.
  • Technical: Lead the improvement, application, and implementation of new technical developments within the Benelux Service organization.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and open communication within the teams and with our colleagues in Sweden.
  • Klanttevredenheid: Maximize customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and information flows.
  • Budgetbeheer: Be responsible for the department's budget and monitor costs.
  • Dienstverlening: Optimize service delivery to the Benelux Sales- and Service organization.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Actively participate in improvement projects and adhere to the Safety, Health & Environment policy.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of technical processes, developments, and systems.
  • Affinity and interest in commercial vehicles and the transport industry.
  • Good command of Dutch, English, and French.
  • Basic numeracy skills and affinity with digitalization.
