About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Developer to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our Client Integrity SIRA, working closely with our partners at ABN Amro. Your primary responsibility will be to formulate and implement the ICS Client Integrity SIRA, identifying and mitigating key risks and areas of attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and risk profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential risks and areas of attention.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external developments in the area of FEC research, client behavior, and internal feedback-loop information.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex risks.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
