About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Expert Lead SIRA to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Client Integrity SIRA, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving strategic initiatives to improve our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Client Integrity SIRA, collaborating with ABN AMRO to shape and implement our client integrity strategy.
  • Formulate and implement the Client Integrity SIRA, highlighting key risks and areas of attention from an ICS perspective.
  • Analyze internal and external developments in FEC research, client behavior, and internal feedback-loop information to identify and address key risks and areas of attention.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SIRA, KYC/CDD, and Transaction Monitoring within a banking or financial organization.
  • Proven experience in identifying and limiting client integrity risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Affinity with risk and audit-related activities.
  • Wide experience with SIRA, KYC/CDD, Client Monitoring, and Risk-Based Approach.
  • Ability to lead complex programs and cultivate a culture of Courage, Care, and Collaboration.
