About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the Client Integrity SIRA, managing and mitigating ICS Client Integrity risks, and driving organizational-wide improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the ICS Client Integrity SIRA, highlighting key risks and areas of attention.
  • Continuously analyze internal and external developments in FEC research, client behavior, and internal feedback-loop information.
  • Lead complex programs and cultivate a culture of Courage, Care, and Collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant area of knowledge.
  • Minimal 7 years of experience in SIRA, KYC/CDD, and Transaction Monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Affinity with risk and audit-related activities.
