About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at ABN Amro. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve client relationships. You will work closely with our product and risk management teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and improve client relationships
  • Work closely with product and risk management teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client relationships
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
