Job Title: Internship: Services Center of Excellence

As an intern in the Services Center of Excellence, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced global business transformation team that influences the way Philips works with its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support release lifecycle activities such as template validations, requirement management, and UAT.
  • Plan key events and activities.
  • Manage agenda, calendar invitations, and updates.
  • Update Azure test-cases, dashboards, and queries.
  • Support tracking and reporting project and activity progress.
  • Participate in and support key business improvement initiatives.
  • Support Communities of Practise, Change Management, and Training initiatives.
  • Support Business Process Experts in preparing training and process documents.
  • Support functions such as Q&R with quality and regulatory documents.
  • Prepare various reports and dashboards as demanded by the business.
About the Team:

You will join the Services and Solutions Transformation Office, a team bringing together all Services & Solution Delivery (S&SD) related projects under a coordinated portfolio. You will work with a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated global team, frequently working with different countries, cultures, and time zones.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree student for Business, Communications, Technical, or Computer Science.
  • Good exposure to computers, with experience using the Microsoft suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Intern Remuneration Package:
  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and relocation needs.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net for Amsterdam and €255,- net for other Philips locations.
  • Travel compensation, if not eligible for a free public transport card, max. €192,- net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop.
