Key Responsibilities

  • Align best-in-class routines between commercial and culinary teams and deploy globally.
  • Establish consistent KPIs to measure the results delivered by KH culinary teams and deploy methodology globally to track and measure success.
  • Ensure the execution of the chef-led model with excellence and consistency globally, building and deploying toolkits as an enabler.
  • Define the value our culinary teams can create to support our overall innovation agenda, building a plan to drive capabilities and create a methodology to track and measure success.
  • Build a career plan for global culinary teams, ensuring insight into career progression opportunities and the skills required to progress.
  • Define the role our culinary teams play in supporting our brand activations in AFH, such as Heinz Selection.
  • Support strategy to unlock global partnerships across key AFH customers.
  • Represent Kraft Heinz in external audiences, such as conferences and industry events.

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience across multiple channels, with a deep understanding of how to create value for commercial partners and build mutually beneficial joint value plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to listen, understand, and influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to identify and execute best-in-class ways of working across large, multi-functional global teams.
  • Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and P&Ls, with the ability to identify and track KPIs.
  • Preferable to have experience working with culinary teams or chefs.
