We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team at Markem-Imaje B. V. in Amsterdam. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service Engineers across the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring the best possible service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Field Service Engineers to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Support client visits and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage relationships and collaboration agreements with outsourcing partners
  • Perform people and performance management
  • Build strong relationships with Sales teams to ensure efficient communication
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, managing a technical team or service delivery
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with Sales Management
  • Exceptional organization and team management skills
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills
