**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to join our Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the physical plant, including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, and life safety systems.
- Supervise distribution of repair work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective preventative maintenance programs.
- Evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and budgets.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance preferred.
- Degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related field desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and other relevant areas.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with property management systems and software.
**Working Conditions**
The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure. The ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights is essential. A valid work permit for The Netherlands is required.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
