Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Expedition Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch operations, you will be responsible for preparing goods for dispatch, loading trucks, and handling the inspection and registration of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare goods for dispatch according to the FIFO system
- Load trucks and ensure timely delivery of products
- Inspect and register goods to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in the development and implementation of logistics strategies
Requirements
- English or Dutch language skills to enable effective communication
- Own accommodation near the workplace
- Own transportation
- Experience as a production or dispatch worker
- Ability to work two shifts and on Saturdays
Benefits
- Competitive salary of €16.43 gross per hour
- Opportunity to work directly for the employer on a contract
- Variable working hours, including early morning and evening shifts
- Shift bonus of 30% for hours worked between 21:00 and 05:00
- Overtime paid at a premium rate of 25% for the first 2 hours and 50% for remaining hours
- Surcharge of 15% for hours worked between 05:00 and 13:00, and 30% for hours worked from 13:00 onwards
