Position Overview
In the role of a logistics coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to prepare items for shipment following the FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology. You will also be tasked with loading vehicles, generating shipping documents, and overseeing the inspection and documentation of products. Raw materials and supplementary items are stored in the receiving warehouse, from which they are distributed to production lines by the logistics team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English or Dutch to facilitate effective communication;
- Access to personal accommodation;
- Personal transportation is required;
- Previous experience in production or logistics roles;
- Willingness to work in two shifts and on weekends.
Compensation and Perks
- Hourly wage of €16.43 gross;
- Upon successful discussions with management, candidates may transition to a direct employment contract;
- Standard working hours of 38 hours per week;
- A shift premium of 30% applies for hours worked between 21:00 and 5:00;
- Overtime compensation at a premium rate of 25% for the first two hours and 50% for any additional overtime;
- A 15% surcharge for hours worked between 05:00 and 13:00, increasing to 30% from 13:00 onwards;
- Working hours may vary, typically from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00;
- Schedules are established in collaboration with the team leader and team members, with occasional Saturday shifts.
