Job Summary

Olympia is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, working closely with our planning team to ensure that all employees are in the right position at the right time. You will also be responsible for processing orders, creating freight documents, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the flow of logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Work closely with the planning team to ensure that all employees are in the right position at the right time
- Process orders and create freight documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
