About the Role

At Olympia, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, working closely with our planning agency and team leader to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and carry out checks to ensure efficient logistics processes
• Manage a team of 6-8 employees and provide guidance and support as needed
• Process orders in the computer and create freight documents
• Maintain accurate administrative records of goods
• Work in a two-shift system and be willing to work a Saturday shift approximately once every 4 weeks

Requirements

• A good planner and organizer with a clear overview
• Experience in logistics and reach truck work
• Enforcer of hygiene and safety rules in the workplace
• Command of the Dutch or English language
• Willingness to work in a cold environment
