Customer Service Representative

We zijn op zoek naar een medewerker klantenservice die onze klanten kan helpen met hun vragen en problemen. Je belangrijkste taken zijn:
Communicatie
- Voeren van inkomende en uitgaande gesprekken met interne en externe klanten.
- Communicatie over servicecontracten, onderhoud, beschikbaarheid, bestellingen, verzenddata, prijzen en communicatie met onze service monteurs en service managers.
Administratieve ondersteuning
- Administratieve ondersteuning bij het verzenden en ontvangen van inkooporders van leveranciers.
- Maken van credit nota's en facturen volgens de daarvoor geldende procedures.
Je profiel
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoeken wij iemand die:
- Minimaal MBO 4-werk- en denkniveau heeft.
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal heeft.
- Klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld is en aandacht voor detail heeft.
- Plannen, organiseren, structureren en multi-tasken kan.
- Goed in het analyseren van problemen en zoekt graag naar een oplossing.
- Werkzaam is in teamverband, zowel met je eigen team als met andere afdelingen.
- Een ervaring heeft met MS Word, Excel, Outlook (SAP en SalesForce voorkeur).
- Een ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke functie.
