We are currently in search of a skilled Concierge to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver outstanding service across all facets of guest interaction, from providing tailored tourist and culinary insights to facilitating bookings and transportation.

Your key responsibilities as a Concierge at Sea Containers London:

  • Actively gathering and curating pertinent information to enrich the guest experience.
  • Being accessible to guests throughout their stay, offering assistance through direct interactions, email, or phone.
  • Delivering comprehensive information about local attractions, leisure activities, and dining options, along with personalized recommendations.
  • Coordinating transportation services, including car and boat arrangements for guest convenience.
  • Overseeing the delivery and management of guest packages.
  • Organizing and leading engaging local tours to help guests discover the area.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods and manage physical tasks as necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of an additional language preferred.

  • Proactive in sourcing and delivering relevant information to guests.
  • Experience in fostering positive guest interactions throughout their stay.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and handling transactions through various payment methods.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership in training and motivating colleagues to provide exceptional service.
