Concierge - Guest Experience Expert

At Sea Containers London, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our hotel, providing personalized service to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and provide relevant information to enhance the guest experience.
  • Be available to guests before, during, and after their stay, providing assistance and support via direct contact or email.
  • Provide guests with detailed tourist, recreational, and gastronomic information about the region and offer insights and recommendations.
  • Arrange boat and limousine services for guests' convenience.
  • Manage the dispatch of packages for guests.
  • Organize and lead engaging Concierge Walking Tours for our guests to explore and discover the local area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks as required.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in at least one other language preferred.
