Key Responsibilities:
- Support all IDEXX in-house instruments, including biochemistry, hematology, and endocrinology, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing system, database, or data communication issues.
- Develop deep and meaningful relationships with customers, offering solutions to meet their unique needs and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to articulate proactive solutions and contribute to the well-being of pets and the reassurance of their owners.
- Provide training and support to customers on the use of equipment, products, and services, with a focus on customer education and empowerment.
- Ensure strong customer relationships and ongoing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a natural affinity for helping customers and a self-motivated, stress-resistant, and empathetic nature.
- Experience in a technically related field, preferably within a veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
