Job Title: Industry Architect, Customer and Industry Workflows

At ServiceNow, we are seeking an experienced Industry Architect, Customer and Industry Workflows to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow Industry products that align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult and advise senior VP+ stakeholders on how ServiceNow can optimize their operations.
  • Design and architect solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Proactively analyze the current state and identify new options for improving ways of working to achieve/exceed business results.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and are implemented effectively.
  • Drive and develop plans for the adoption of industry best practices across ServiceNow products.
  • Keep up to date on emerging and latest industry & competitive trends, and share knowledge with the team and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Presales Architect, Solution Architect, or Consultant in competitive solutions such as PEGA or Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge and track record of delivering transformative solutions in the financial industry space.
  • Strong understanding of finance industry specific knowledge, including system architecture, use cases, workflows, personas, compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in a wide variety of financial services standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Field Service Management (FSM) or Security Operations (SecOps).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically, and drive complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of integration, data models, and process automation, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
