As the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Global Rewards Center of Excellence.
The Corporate HR department is expanding, and we are seeking a new team member to join our diverse group. You will collaborate with the Global Rewards Team, which includes the Global Head of Total Rewards and two other Managers, to design and implement comprehensive global compensation and benefits policies, procedures, frameworks, tools, and systems.
In this position, you will report directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards & Mobility.
This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work partially from home and from one of our offices.
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, enhance, and implement competitive global compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Align job evaluation practices across various regions.
- Lead the annual global Compensation Review process.
- Design and refine administrative procedures and provide requirements for HRIS systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee international pension programs and other significant benefits.
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams to support business leaders in their respective regions.
- Assist in the design and management of Executive Reward policies and practices.
- Support various Reward initiatives with stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in an international matrix organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- International experience, particularly in Europe, North America, Asia, and China.
- Self-motivated and independent professional, eager to lead and complete recurring processes and projects.
- A collaborative team player, open to learning, sharing, and developing best practices.
- Agile, flexible, and pragmatic work approach.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferably SAP/SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with international benefit programs (e.g., pensions).
- Proficient in Job Evaluation (ideally using Hay Korn Ferry methodology).
- Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus.
- Project Management expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in driving change within a complex international environment with multiple stakeholders.
