Senior Solution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Manager to join our team at Supermicro. As a key member of our Motherboard Product Management team, you will be responsible for researching vertical-based customer solutions and developing aggressive go-to-market plans.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with sales teams to drive business development and solution offerings.
- Grow, expand, and accelerate business growth, driving Supermicro's vision and goals.
- Engage in proactive pre-sales and post-sales activities to build customer confidence and trust.
- Position Supermicro solutions and enable coverage to new and existing customers.
- Define, track, and report on key business metrics and market responses.
- Drive sales and customer engagement to new areas and territories.
- Influence sales and customers to make informed decisions, providing guidance and executing projects from start to finish.
- Represent the company at the highest level, showcasing excellent presentation and public-facing skills.
- 10+ years of direct experience in computing hardware/Solutions, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability for organization goals.
- 5+ years in Solution development, marketing, and business strategy for Total solutions and deployment.
- Proven quantitative, analytical, customer-facing, and technical skills.
- Self-starter with high motivation to excel and succeed.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Superior communication and teamwork skills; fluency in oral and written English is a must.
- Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
- BSEE/CS, or equivalent; MSEE is desirable.
