About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Adecco Nederland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all order fulfillment processes, receiving and loading inventory, and providing updates on inventory levels and process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all order fulfillment processes for the VAN in a timely manner.
  • Receive and load inventory into our management system, including product location management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy reporting.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the VAN team to provide updates on inventory levels, sell-through, and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience working in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, along with effective communication both written and orally.
  • Ability to bring a positive and solution-focused attitude to the team.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, above head and on ground.
