About Nike Direct Digital Commerce

The role of Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) is to drive the most compelling digital consumer experiences – motivated by insights and data – to deliver Nike's vision to consumers and to accelerate profitable, member-led growth across Nike Digital platforms (Nike App, , SNKRS). NDDC operates as a business unit in close connection with Nike Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners, to jointly serve Consumers across the integrated Nike Sport Marketplace.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Specialist II, Digital Content Producer(s) to join each of the teams below

  • Nike Direct Marketplace content
  • Channel Excellence

In these roles you will be responsible for managing all aspects of content production for all Nike owned channels (e.g. , Nike App, NTC, NRC, SNKRS, Email) across EMEA from an execution brief to publishing. The candidate would need to be someone who is organized, detail-orientated, able to communicate on all levels and is able to learn technical capabilities. You have a strong sense of accountability and flexibility to adapt quickly to new priorities.

WHAT YOU WORK ON

If this is you, you will be responsible for leading and managing cross-channel and cross-functional production lifecycles from execution brief to publishing. This means that you will obsess processes and timelines by acting as a liaison for creative approvals of campaign materials and seasonal projects.

Further responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with x-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely content processing
  • Track the day-to-day processes from content production all the way to content publishing on our Nike digital channels; be the center of excellence on any channel
  • Work with multiple deliverables simultaneously and deliver results against tight and complex timelines.
  • Comfortable with communicating production pitch backs to a variety of stakeholders including digital brand marketing teams and other relevant business/ops teams on both smaller projects and big campaign launches
  • Be responsible for KPI tracking and reporting
  • Able to collaborate confidently and successfully within team environment across all levels in the organization.
  • Be the traffic manager within your team to ensure workload balance is managed within the team
  • Act as a hands-on Digital Content Producer by executing and publishing content across our channels to support your team
  • Closely partner with the Content Operations Capabilities team to support the enablement and roll out of new capabilities, tools and processes

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will be collaborating cross-functionally with digital product as well as marketing functions such as Consumer Construct Marketing (CC), Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM), Brand Creative and CDM Operations. In addition to NDDC functions within Digital Operations, Platforms and other similar functions. You will also work closely with Cities, across EMEA and with Global teams. This role reports to Director, Digital Content Operations, EMEA.

WHAT YOU BRING

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered;

  • Experience with the following tools is required: CMS, NCP, CDP, Adobe.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in relevant fields, such as project management, content operations or traffic management
  • Ideally a strong focus on attention to detail and intrinsic passion to execute flawlessly
  • Communicates vision & purpose by building energy and optimism in others for the organization's vision
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
  • Able to drive projects end-to-end incl. comfortable to manage stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity and accountability
  • Is able to run the season and knows when to escalate issues to leadership
  • Digital Mindset – Have a strong interest in Digital ecosystems and platforms and content operations processes.
  • Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, quick-learner, quality-focused and proactive
