We're looking for a creative, resourceful and data-driven individual who has a passion for analyzing consumer shopping behaviors on our e-commerce sites. In this role you will be responsible for creating reports and delivering actionable insights which shape decision making to drive growth for our digital business. You will collaborate with geography and global partners to enhance our site and business reporting capabilities in order for us to gain deeper insights into our consumers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Use Adobe Analytics and Tableau to analyse and visualise on clickstream data and segment site visitors to discover trends in visitor behavior.
  • Identify traffic and conversion trends by channel, abandonment issues and opportunities for improving site conversion
  • Create consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core KPIs in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboard formats that drive effective business decision-making.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to provide actionable insights to drive improvements in overall consumer experience, online sales and margins.
  • Work closely with the Digital Experience & Merchandising team on managing online checkout performance, conversion, tests, and sales; Plan and execute consumer feedback via A/B testing, and site analytics to improve upon existing or proposed functionalities.
  • Manage, maintain and take ownership over page tagging and validating the quality of data that is captured within Adobe Analytics; Provide site tagging requirements for (new) site content and functionality
  • Conduct analysis projects for Performance Marketing, Site Merchandising and Buying/Planning teams to provide insights into user behavior and to drive higher sell-thru on key items
  • Staying on top of current industry trends and best practices in web analysis

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Given the cross-functionality of the role, it is critical to build strong relationships and partner with Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Buying, Planning and Operations in order to create reports that provide consumer insights needed to improve the consumer experience and help drive sales for the ecommerce business. The digital analyst will be active in the global consumer direct sciences' community sharing their knowledge and best-practices in reporting capabilities and delivering insights. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Consumer Direct Sciences for Western Europe Digital Direct.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven previous experience in web analytics or online business intelligence is required, with prior digital retail experience as preferred
  • Solid understanding of DTC business and ability to drive value in that space would be crucial
  • Passion to drive business decisions with data and analyses
  • Excellent quantitative skills and the proven ability to analyze, synthesize and distill large volumes of data down to key takeaways
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Business Intelligence (BI) is required
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, experience with SFCC a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of digital data & analytics, including tracking methodologies, website page tagging, attribution models, dashboards and correlation analyses; experience with tagging tools a plus
  • Proven experience in designing, executing and analyzing A/B and multivariate testing
  • Proven ability to present actionable insights from analytics findings and to make clear recommendations to senior management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills with a problem-solving mentality and drive for results
  • Ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local digital needs
  • Self starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
