Digital Marketing and CRM Coordinator

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our CRM team as an intern. As a Customer Relationship Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our marketing strategies, focusing on customer engagement and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and setup of push messages to Hunkemöller app users, including planning, copy creation, and coordination with countries.
  • Assist in the creation of copy for email campaigns and geo-location based messages, as well as think of fun promotions for the app.
  • Coordinate with countries to translate copy and sign off, maintain and archive all statistics, and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Support the development and setup of mailings for the European Member base, including joint production of copy, setup of briefings, and coordination of communication.

**Your Profile**

  • You are currently enrolled in an HBO-/Bachelor-/Master studies (Marketing / Communication / New Media / Business Administration).
  • You are familiar with the MS Office package (Word/Excel), and knowledge of HTML would be an advantage.
  • You are comfortable writing and communicating in English, and knowledge of German and/or French language would be a plus, but not mandatory.
