The role of Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) is to drive the most compelling digital consumer experiences – motivated by insights and data – to deliver Nike's vision to consumers and to accelerate profitable, consumer-led growth across Nike Digital platforms (Nike App, , SNKRS). NDDC operates as a business unit in close connection with Nike Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners, to jointly serve Consumers across the integrated Nike Sport Marketplace.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Business Offense Specialist to join the team. In this role, you'll be part of the Nike Digital Direct Commerce (NDDC) team driving the future unbreakable relationships between Nike and athletes*. You'll be an integral part of the Business Offense team who assist in delivering ambitious commercial growth and profitability targets. In this role, you will be able to drive clarity for the NDDC business through thoughtful analyses to increase action-ability in key commercial performance management gates (e.g. Read & React, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews). Additionally, you will be closely partnering with the Business Offense Lead in ensuring a high standard for content for key Leadership meetings and to continuously improve our commercial performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be innovative and proactive, and effectively manages changes and complexity to adapt to evolving priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

On a typical day, your tasks might include:

  • Support the Business Offense team with the right analyses to increase actionability in key commercial performance management gates
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth based on marketplace trends & insights, partner with x-functional teams to design and deliver those opportunities
  • Drive clarity for the NDDC business through thoughtful analyses to increase actionability in key commercial performance management gates (e.g. through building dashboards and reports that analyze our data efficiently and effectively)
  • Continuously improve commercial performance management including: contribute to creating and maintaining a single source of truth of x-functional levers, deep-dive analyses as required to understand and unpack emerging trends, and strong partnership with x-functional partners to deliver critical in-season actions.
  • Build presentations, update our playbooks & best practices
  • Share your insights, plans, and recommendations with teammates and partnering teams

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be part of the NDDC Business Offense Team and you will work closely with NDDC Consumer Fields of Play, Finance, Digital Direct Marketing, Integrated Media, Merchandising, DSM and Digital Operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

Requirements for the position include:

  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience in e-commerce business
  • Proven analytical skills, ability to develop dashboards (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau), consolidate & analyze data from multiple sources, translate (retail) data into insights and business actions
  • Strong business acumen across financial and commercial ecommerce metrics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and making persuasive & clear presentations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced flexible environment and manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner
  • Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Contributes to a collaborative team environment where diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives are brought together to achieve a common goal
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for e-commerce, retail, sport, fashion
  • Bonus - it's a plus if you also have project management experience
