We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide expert on-site maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory instruments across the southern region of The Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive technical support to customers in the field, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal instrument performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration tasks at customer locations, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
- Offer remote assistance via phone and email to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide hands-on training to customers on correct usage and upkeep of laboratory instruments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and drive service excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments and hand tools, with knowledge of IT and network systems an asset.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and a solid track record in customer-facing roles.
- A high level of customer service orientation, with proactive, responsible, and organized work ethics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel frequently to client locations within The Netherlands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a valid Driver's License.
