**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to lead the Chelates product portfolio at Nouryon. As a key member of our global product management team, you will be responsible for defining the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio, maximizing EBITDA, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Maximize EBITDA for Chelates, ensuring profitable growth and expansion of the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and marketing, to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, and inventory optimization.
- Evaluate and ensure balance of key raw materials globally and regionally, ensuring a stable and sustainable supply chain.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase revenue.
**Requirements**
- Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies.
- Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role, preferably in a global organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization, with a strong understanding of diverse business environments.
