Technical Sales Specialist

We're a team of passionate professionals dedicated to protecting businesses from cyber threats.

This role is a technical position that supports the sales activities of our New Business & Customer Development sales team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with in-depth technical knowledge and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from initial briefings to deal negotiations.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, possessing a deep understanding of our solutions and their application to customer challenges.
  • Develop and deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Take ownership of technical opportunities, lead POCs and Proof of Value with prospective customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitor landscapes, helping craft winning sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical and/or sales engineering role, ideally with enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to navigate complex opportunities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cyber security and its specific challenges and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders.
