About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Resource Manager to join our Amsterdam office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across our Emerging Market and CIS region.

You will work closely with Producers and Account Management to forecast incoming projects and develop resource solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving potential resource conflicts, and you will be responsible for managing a pool of shared talent to support projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meet with Producers and Account Management to forecast incoming projects and build resource solutions.
  • Identify and resolve potential resource conflicts and escalate to Production Leads or Account Director as needed.
  • Provide solutions to bottlenecked projects, including sharing resources from other regions, staggering deliveries, and identifying priority projects.
  • Work closely with Resource Managers in other sites to ensure effective resource management and provide weekly traffic reports.
  • Ensure the team is busy and work is evenly spread among team members.
  • Allocate and monitor the shared talent pool and work with global and hub-based resource team members to provide resource movement across sites.
  • Manage skill-set matrices for staff members and identify a network of direct and reliable short-term support staff in localized areas.
  • Ensure client-specific contract terms are adhered to and manage the team's expectations on delivery and capacity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including attention to detail.
  • Comfortable booking and managing resources in a high-volume, fast-paced studio setting.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and deal with constant requests and changes.
  • Understanding of agency and account processes, including negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and resources, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in paid media, digital and programmatic, print, social, OOH, retail, production, and adapting and activating toolkits.
