We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Management Intern at Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport. As a key member of our F&B team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights and experiences in the execution of managerial duties, including sales growth, event promotion, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of F&B operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales growth strategies, including event promotion and marketing initiatives.
- Support the F&B Manager in ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experiences and achieves commercial targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a warm welcome to guests, offer menu suggestions, and ensure dietary and allergy requirements are met.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality management.
Requirements:
- Strong ambition to become a Food and Beverage Manager, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
