We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Field Service Coordinator to join our team at Huisman. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of service assignments, working closely with project managers and service engineers to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange flights and hotel reservations for service engineers
- Order parts and arrange for their shipment or collection
- Review and file service reports
- Manage order administration and financial project statements
- Draw up invoices for service orders
- Higher professional education certificate in a technical field
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
