About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of service assignments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the execution of service assignments, including arranging flights and hotel reservations, ordering parts, and reviewing and filing service reports.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including drawing up financial project statements and invoices for service orders.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of service reports, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that reports are accurate and complete.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of service assignments.
Requirements
- Higher professional education certificate, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
