Field Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Field Service Coordinator to join our team at Huisman. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing service orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage service orders, including arranging flights and hotel reservations for our Field Engineers
- Order parts and arrange for them to be shipped or collected through our warehouse or subcontractors
- Review and file service reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide financial project summaries and invoices for service orders
- Assist project managers in the execution of service assignments
- Higher professional education certificate, preferably in a technical field
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
