The RoleWe are seeking a skilled ERP System Architect to lead the Damen ERP Platform template. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting an ERP platform with a core focus on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business processes. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and experience working with SAFe will be crucial in ensuring that our ERP platform is robust, efficient, agile, and responsive to the fast-paced changes in the business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Apply SAFe principles to manage large-scale ERP implementations and foster an Agile culture within the IT department;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions;
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the ERP platform, focusing on the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA;
- Lead configuration template, and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA environment;
- Ensure the ERP system adheres to industry standards for system integrity, security, and data privacy;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows with ArchiMate and BPMN 2.0 standards;
- Provide mentorship and training on SAP S/4HANA and SAFe methodologies to the development team;
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular system audits, and implement necessary improvements;
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA, SAFe and architecture practices;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA and a thorough understanding of its capabilities, functionalities, and business applications;
- Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience in leading Agile transformations;
- Proven track record as a System Architect, with significant experience in ERP system design and implementation;
- Proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analytics, with a focus on SAP HANA databases;
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from end users to executives;
- Manufacturing industry experience;
