We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Business Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and business growth in the Benelux and Germany markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance partnership and B2C propositions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct market research, develop propositions, and create integration concepts to drive business growth.
- Build trust with potential partners by fostering awareness of our services and driving strategic initiatives.
- Successfully scaled existing partnerships.
- Integrated Brenger with at least one new leading marketplace.
- Reshaped our main proposition for B2C.
- Demonstrated accelerated growth in a new market.
- At least 6 years of experience in strategic business or partnership development.
- Track record of leading strategic deals and managing projects.
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders, particularly in large companies.
- Excellent analytical skills to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong commercial mindset.
