In our Amsterdam office, BearingPoint's Customer & Growth team is seeking professionals with 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or service technology transformations. We're looking for individuals with a strong network and deep knowledge in one of our focus industries.

Your Role

As a Transformation Leader at BearingPoint, you will lead a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within various clients across multiple industries such as Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy, Utilities, Postal, Telecommunications, and Pharmaceutical. Together, your team will deliver complex projects that transform the way businesses operate.

Your Responsibilities Include;

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing, sales, and service strategies by combining business and technology perspectives.
  • Expand our presence in key accounts by building trusted client relationships and driving business development.
  • Deliver projects for our clients, ranging from digital strategy design to technology transformation management and implementation.
  • Lead client engagements from initial consultation to project completion, guiding and coaching your team along the way.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our clients, providing expert guidance on business and technology strategies, developing and integrating innovative concepts and technologies, and creating transformation plans.
  • Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, both in business and technology/IT departments.
  • Identify and respond to client needs, translating them into actionable projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and innovations.
  • Contribute to developing activities for our growing practice within the European BearingPoint network.

  • A deep understanding of a specific market segment (preferably the Dutch Consumer Goods & Retail market) with a strong senior business network at corporate clients in the Netherlands.
  • Strong account development capabilities, expanding the Customer & Growth client portfolio at select key accounts.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to support the continuous growth and development of the team, effective project delivery, and revenue generation.
  • A track record of delivering positive impacts through the design and delivery of complex projects.
