About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Planner to join our team at innocent. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels, optimize stockholding, and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain management software
