Job Title: Contract & Supplier Manager Hard Services

ASML is a leading technology company that develops and manufactures complex lithography machines for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract & Supplier Manager to join our team in the Netherlands.

Job Summary:

The Contract & Supplier Manager will be responsible for managing the supply chain that delivers asset management and maintenance outsourced services. This includes optimizing the supply chain, building partnerships with suppliers, and ensuring consistent and aligned services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the supply chain to deliver asset management and maintenance outsourced services
  • Optimize the supply chain to ensure consistent and aligned services
  • Build partnerships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain contracts with suppliers
  • Manage the cost forecasting and budgeting process
  • Validate invoices and manage the operational evaluation process for supplier performance
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for performance management and metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in sourcing, contract and supplier management, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
