Sicherung Ihres wirtschaftlichen WachstumsAls Business Development Manager Benelux sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen, um das wirtschaftliche Wachstum der Region zu sichern. Dazu gehören Marktforschung, Kundenakquise und die Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen, um unsere Marke in der Region zu stärken.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und -forschungen, um aktuelle Trends und Herausforderungen im Bereich der Automobil- und Motorenindustrie zu verstehen.
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Marktpräsenz in der Region Benelux.
- Beratung und Coaching von Vertriebsmitarbeitern, um sie bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele zu unterstützen.
- Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen, wie Marketing und Produktentwicklung, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fachgebiet (z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing oder Ingenieurwissenschaft) und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Marketing oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
