Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships with retailers to drive sales and market share growth. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and market share targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive results
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or sales within a FMCG company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
