About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Lepaya. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
